Short version: we collect as little as we can, we don't sell it, and we only use it to do the thing you asked us to do.
What we collect
If you email us — at hello@knitli.com or any of our other addresses — we keep your message and your email address so we can reply and follow up. That's it. We don't require an account to read anything on this site.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages people find useful. We don't build advertising profiles, and we don't track you across other sites.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't send marketing email you didn't ask for. If you reach out about investing or a pilot, we'll only use what you send us to have that conversation.
Third parties
A few trusted providers help us run the site and our email — hosting, mail, and analytics. They only handle what they need to provide their service, and we choose them with the same care we put into everything else.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@knitli.com and a real person will handle it.
